The International Committee for the Freedom of the Cuban Five is a network of concerned citizens from several countries of Europe, Latin America and North America. The main objective of the International Committee is to raise awareness about the case of the Cuban Five and the issue of family visits. These men came to the U.S. in the 1990’s, armed only with courage and determination, to prevent further terrorist attacks against their homeland by anti Cuba groups operating in Miami. Since 1959, as many as 3,500 people have lost their lives because of such attacks.
